SLACK'S FIRST AUSTRALIAN CAMPAIGN
More than 2 years after Slack opened its office in Melbourne, it has now launched it's first Australian campaign - 'Collaborate with Slack' - focused on domestic travel and office out-of-home. The messaging and business collaboration platform's campaign ran throughout November and displayed ads in office buildings, roadside billboards and airports.
Slack has over 8 million daily active users, and Australia is one of their key markets. Slack aims to show us workers Down Under that it is a more productive, more pleasant and simpler alternative to getting your work done.
"The way we work is changing, people want to move quickly, feel engaged at work and have the autonomy to make decisions, and that's what Slack enables as the collaboration hub." - Kelly Watkins, Slack VP of global marketing
Slack also released four 30-second spots in the US themed 'Maybe It's Time to Try Slack'. These ads draw attention to convoluted business processes and inefficient workflows.
